Welcome to Feeling is Healing.
It is essential for us to have a sense of safety within our relationships, and the environment in which we live, in order to live healthy and fulfilled lives. Feeling is Healing was set up to highlight the link between the quality of our relationships and our physical health and wellbeing. It aims to support those who are breaking away from abusive relationships and looking to build healthier ones.
Feeling is Healing is all about using the power of own feelings, our “felt sense”, to have healthier relationships and to make better decisions for our lives. It starts with the relationship we have with ourselves.
Feeling is Healing advocates an integrated model of healing through a nervous system lens.
We recognise that the underlying cause of many problems that we experience in society today, such as crime, behavioural problems, family dysfunction, violence, addiction and both physical and mental health conditions boils down to one core issue: trauma.
