Feeling is Healing is all about using the power of own feelings to have healthier relationships, physical health and to make better decisions for our lives.
Feeling is Healing advocates an integrated model of healing through a nervous system lens. It believes that the key to healthier relationships lies in getting in touch with the wisdom that already exists within our incredible human bodies.
We recognise that the underlying cause of many problems that we experience in society today, such as crime, behavioural problems, family dysfunction, violence, addiction and both physical and mental health conditions boils down to one core issue: trauma.
